My name is Arnedra Jordan and I am a passionate political scientist with a deep and unwavering commitment to service. I have devoted the past two decades of my life to working in the non-profit sector, contributing my knowledge and expertise to promote public policy that can make a real difference in people's lives.

My educational journey has furnished me with a robust foundation in the field. I hold a BA in Pre-Law, a BA in Political Science, an MPA in Non-Profit Management, and an MS in Political Science. Currently, I am in the process of completing my PhD in Public Policy, continually striving to deepen my understanding and ability to enact change.

In addition to my work in non-profits, I am proud to impart my knowledge to the next generation of political scientists as a Professor at West Los Angeles College. Here, I teach Political Science, shaping young minds to approach the field with critical thought and empathy.

My commitment to policy and social justice is further demonstrated by my work on various political campaigns and my time as a public policy and health consultant at Susan G. Komen. Currently, I am invested in the Reproductive Justice Field at Black Women for Wellness, where we tirelessly work toward reproductive justice, social justice,   health equity and empowerment.

On a more personal note, I am a proud alumna of the Los Angeles African American Women Public Policy Institute (LAAAWPPI), a finer member of  Zeta. Phi Beta Inc. and a blessed mother of two wonderful children, Nastassia and Mason. Rounding off our family is Bulls Eye, our beloved dog.

Through this website, I hope to connect with you, share my experiences, and inspire action. Whether you are a fellow political scientist, a Soror,  a student, a policy enthusiast, or just a curious visitor, I hope you find something valuable here.

Thank you for visiting, and let's make a difference together!

Best,

Arnedra Jordan
